Adding product reference ID to customizable reports

This release introduces the product reference ID (productRefId) as an optional column in a wide range of customizable reports.

Problem statement

Customers rely on productRefId to track and reference products across multiple systems—UI, APIs, and reports.

Previously, inconsistent availability of this identifier in customizable reports caused data fragmentation, requiring manual mapping between product IDs and slowing automation and reconciliation processes.

Solution

The update adds productRefId as an optional column to all customizable reports, delivering:

• Consistent product identification across all reporting and integration points.
• Reliable cross-referencing between reports, UI, and API data.
• Improved data reconciliation and analysis through complete visibility of product identifiers.
